On YouTube, in the litte gray box at the upper right hand corner of the page, there are two little windows. One says "url" and the other says "Embed". Sometimes it says "embedding disabled by request" or something like that, but usually there's a code you can grab.
In Blogger, above the window where you type your post, you've got a choice between "Compose" and "Edit html". Compose seems to be the default, but if you select the edit html option, you can paste that YouTube code in your post-writing window.

If you want people to watch, why not embed the video, or at least make the link clickable.
