Reducing Abortions

This goes out to all my readership: what ideas do you have for reducing abortions? I already have:

  1. free, available, no-questions-asked contraception
  2. actual sex ed
  3. simplified adoption
  4. removing the stigma on teen parenthood
  5. improved welfare programs
