Pro-prenatal rights argument: shock pictures
Example(s): abortion victims
Why you shouldn't use it: It can be easily dismissed as an emotional appeal. It can leave you open to claims that you oppose abortion for purely asthetic reasons.
Exceptions to this prohibition: as a rebuttal to the "blob of cells" claim (though a living fetus may work better here), a response to pro-abortion shock images, or to refute a claim that the images are stillbirths.
